TRUE SUCCESS IS FELT IN THE HEART, NOT MEASURED BY MONEY & POWER

Most people see success as being
**RICH & FAMOUS
**POWERFUL & INFLUENTIAL.
Others see it as being at the top of their profession and standing out from the rest.

The wise see SUCCESS in a more personal way.  They see it as ACHIEVING THE GOALS they have set for themselves, and then FEELING PRIME AND SATISFACTION IN THEIR ACCOMPLISHMENT.
True success is felt in the heart, not measured by money and power.

SO BE TRUE TO YOURSELF AND ACHIEVE THE GOALS YOU HAVE SET.
For success is REACHING THOSE GOALS AND FEELING PROUD OF WHAT YOU HAVE ACCOMPLISHED.

A real life story

MOHAN  was a self made man.  He did not have the advantage of education or money.  He taught himself some electrical repair work, gradually upgrade himself into doing servicing of refrigerators and water geysers.

He could get contract work for servicing of geysers etc. in small firms and even in one big public sector company.  With hard work, intelligence and a little business acumen he was able to make a reasonable income and could provide a decent quality of living for himself and his small family consisting of wife a son and a daughter.,

He was living in a rented house where in he was carrying on his business. He was around 40 years and the children were in middle school.  One afternoon when he was taking his lunch at home he complained of discomfort and vomited.  He suggested that he may be taken to a Doctor of a hospital.  On his way he collapsed and died.

Few months later, his wife went to one of the companies where Mohan was doing servicing work, She was exploring ways to continue her husband’s work for a living.

On asked whether her husband had a Life Insurance Policy, she replied I DONOT KNOW, HE NEVER TOLD ME ANYTHING. WHENEVER I ASKED ABOUT WORK OR ANY FINANCIAL MATTER HE WOULD SAY “WHY DO YOU WORRY? I AM THERE FOR YOU TO TAKE CARE OF ALL THESE THINGS”
She was told that he must have taken insurance and was advised to look for the insurance bonds and bring all papers to them.  She searched all the papers and home and could find FOUR life Insurance documents..  On verification it would found that total sum assurance was Rs.4 lakhs .  On contacting the Insurance Company, it was found that except one policy all the others were in lapsed state.

12 babies died in two days

After stating that there was no negligence on the part of the Kurnool Government Hospital for the sudden death of 12 infants in less than 48-hours, Andhra Pradesh Health Minister Ravindra Reddy on Saturday made a shocking u-turn, when he said that there was a marginal human error and laxity.
Admitting that there was an error on part of the hospital staff, Reddy said that he would get the laxity corrected.
"Disciplinary action against errant officials will be taken if they are found guilty. Decision will be taken after I get a report from the collector," he said.
Reddy's about turn came three days after four infants had died on Wednesday and eight on Thursday at the government-run hospital, located around 180 km south of Hyderabad.
The state government has sent a team led by Director of Medical Education Sampath Kumar to the hospital to hold a preliminary inquiry.
The inquiry prima facie established that there was no negligence or any other mistake on the part of the doctors or the hospital staff.
Meanwhile, the Collector of Kurnool District, Ram Shankar Naik, has said that more staff have been roped in to manage the situation.
Earlier, the hospital's medical superintendent, Dr Sudarshan, said more staff has been put in place to meet demands of the patients
