DO NOT DO .. IF YOU HAVE CANCER

we all think that how to prevent the cancer because prevention is better than cure.  But if we have cancer we can also think about what to do and what not to during cancer.  These are all some tips.

STOP THINKING THAT YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE

No sooner if you diagnose that you are having patient, do not feel that you are the only one.  Always engage yourself with family and friends.

STOP TAKING MEDICAL ADVICE FROM FRIENDS

Most of the advice from friends are tales from their friends or relatives.  Please never enter  these advice in to your medical treatment

DONOT EAT UNHEALTHY FOOD

Good nutrition is very much needed for cancer patient.  Unfortunately eating is a challenge for cancer patients. cos treatment side effects cause food aversion.  However eat healthy food. 

DO NOT ASK WHY 

Whenever you have been diagnosed with cancer, the frequent question is WHY ME?  It is not necessary to ask WHY but ask HOW, How will you successfully treat your cancer and come out

ACCEPT OTHERS HELP

Never stop refusing help from others. When you have cancer all the work will not stop, you have manage your work, family and all.  Please accept other's help

STOP SMOKING

LAST NOT THE LEAST

STOP THINKING THERE IS NO HOPE

Would not it be wonderful if hope could be bottled in a Jar?  When battling cancer, a little hope can sometimes be hard to come by.

Having an optimistic attitude is important; it can help you better cope with treatment, while a good attitude may not make your treatment more effective, if can make your cancer journey less stressful.
